Welcome

I've been a freelance writer for many years, published in newspapers, magazines, and textbooks. My favorite? Writing a monthly column, which I did in two different magazines. I love writing about health and fitness and interviewing people about their lives.

I'm fascinated by what makes us tick and what shapes our view of the world. We're all just doing the best we can, and most of us are really very interesting. Weirdos, really. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, but now live right outside of Madison, Wisconsin, where my hubby and I have raised two fine young men, weirdos in their own right.

I believe we all have untapped strength, inside and out. The connective tissue in my work seems to be chasing the intersection between the body and the mind. I searched a long time to find fiction along those lines, and I finally decided to write the novel I wanted to read: a psychological suspense based in the world of fitness. It's called Corpse Pose, and it's out walking around in the world right now.
